Relish To Embellish

Happy Sunday to all of you and welcome to another challenge for Sunday's With Crissy! I hope you had fun creating layers for the previous challenge!! This week we want to see how you embellish your cards! The image I decided to use for the challenge is called Doggie Pile and can be found at Squigglefly. I love all animals but I will say that dogs are my most favorite and just had to use these cuties!! I must tell you that I have never colored an image and actually tried to create fur for them. I was always wanting to try it but never did until now because I was afraid of how they would turn out. So, instead of always wondering how they would turn out I took the plunge and here's what they look like. It was surprisingly fun and quick! I think I would have probably spent more time trying to color it without the texture, LOL! Anyway, my goal was to make them look shaggy and I think they look pretty shaggy, LOL!!
So, to embellish my card I used dew drops, made a decent sized orange bow and added a paw print charm. Majority of us seem to love adding embellishments to our cards and I hope that you will join us for this challenge. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
